Well, this one's an interesting story. Today I noticed =JoelFaber's newest tutorial, Flipped Disc: [link] . I decided to check it out, but I couldn't really make anything...well...original from it. So I'm like BLAH! and scrapped what I was working on, and worked on some homework. But I got bored with the homework and wanted to really make a fractal, so I messed around and sort of had something, and I was like "OMG TUTORIAL"!!! So I applied the flipped disc thing to this, and voila!! And added a final transform...I'm pretty happy with this. Except that this is the same gradient as what I used on Twilight in Spring, [link] . If you all really want me to, I'll find another gradient, but I like this one.
This size is 1600 x 1200. If you would like a larger version of this, let me know and I'll make you one. If you want something smaller than this for like a wallpaper or something, crop it yourself. ^.^
Well, to tell you the truth, I don't think there are many people that really make a unique design out of a Flipped Disc, so of course I was all over this in a second.
your fractal is being featured in my news article Project Educate Fractal Week - Apophysis Tutorials.
